Terms of Service

Effective June 11, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Autoretto governing your access to and use of Autoretto’s website, studio, automation tools, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, selecting “I agree,” or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must provide accurate information, safeguard your account and credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. The Service and third-party providers

Autoretto helps configure, generate, schedule, and publish content using third-party services, including Google/YouTube and generative-AI providers. Their separate terms and policies also apply. Features, integrations, limits, and availability may change, and third-party outages or policy changes may affect the Service.

3. Your content, credentials, and permissions

You retain ownership of content and materials you submit. You grant Autoretto a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transform, generate from, and transmit those materials only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You authorize Autoretto to use the credentials and permissions you provide to take configured actions, including uploading and publishing to connected channels. You may revoke connected-platform access at any time.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and ensuring the legality, accuracy, rights clearance, disclosures, and platform compliance of everything created or published through your account-even when autopilot is enabled. Autoretto runs an automated YouTube Terms-of-Service evaluation before publishing as a safeguard, but it does not replace your responsibility. You must have all necessary rights to prompts, music, images, marks, likenesses, data, and connected accounts.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; publish deceptive, infringing, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or illegal material; impersonate others; distribute malware or spam; manipulate engagement; bypass safeguards or usage limits; reverse engineer the Service; interfere with its operation; or access it through unauthorized automated means. We may remove content, restrict automation, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful requests when needed.

6. AI-generated output

Generative output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your intended use. Autoretto does not guarantee that output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, commercially usable, or accepted by any platform. You must evaluate output before using or publishing it.

7. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically at the displayed billing interval (monthly or annual) until canceled. You authorize our payment provider to charge applicable fees and taxes. You may cancel before renewal to prevent future charges. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change prices prospectively with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

Autoretto and its licensors own the Service, software, branding, and documentation, excluding your content. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. If you provide feedback, you grant us an unrestricted right to use it without compensation.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTORETTO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE OR OUTPUT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTORETTO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, CONTENT, OR PLATFORM ACCESS. AUTORETTO’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID AUTORETTO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Autoretto and its personnel from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, connected accounts, use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to provide written notice and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or another reasonable method, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a restructuring, financing, or transfer.
